INITIAL APPOINTMENT

The initial physiotherapy assessment, lasting 45 to 60 minutes, provides the foundation for a successful treatment journey. Through a comprehensive evaluation of the patient's medical history, symptoms, functional abilities, pain assessment, posture analysis, discussion of treatment goals , education and initial treatment plan' home exercises program and physical examination, the physiotherapist gains valuable insights to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses the patient's unique needs and goals.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT

A focused 45-minute follow-up session in physiotherapy maximizes the patient's progress by assessing changes, adjusting treatment plans, and providing targeted interventions. By consistently tracking progress, discussing challenges, and refining the treatment approach, the physiotherapist and patient work together to achieve the desired outcomes.
